Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for larger events. Ideally, book at least two weeks in advance.

 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a 50% partial refund. No refunds will be granted if cancelled prior to 7 days to the event. 

 

Q: Do you provide services for children with special needs?
A: Yes, we strive to accommodate children with special needs. Please provide detailed information when booking so we can ensure the best care.

 

Q: What areas do you serve?
A: We primarily serve the Nashville area and surrounding regions. We do our best to provide services to areas within 30 miles of Metropolitan Nashville. However, mileage and travel fees will be added to your custom quote. Contact us to confirm availability for your location. 

 

Q: What should I provide for my child during the event?
A: We offer snacks and additional items with our services. We recommend providing any additional items if your child has strong preferences or needs.. Let us know if your child has specific needs.

A: Our babysitters are experienced professionals with backgrounds in childcare. They are also trained in first aid and CPR.

A: Each babysitter goes through a rigorous selection process, including interviews, background checks, and reference checks to ensure they meet our high standards.

Q: How do babysitters handle emergencies?

A: Our babysitters are trained to handle emergencies calmly and effectively. They follow strict safety protocols and will contact parents and emergency services if needed. All of our babysitters are CPR and first aid certified and often have additional trainings in child safety.

 

Q: What kind of activities will the babysitter provide?

A: Babysitters will engage children in age-appropriate activities such as games, arts and crafts, and storytelling to ensure they have a fun and enjoyable time. Although technology and television is not our first choice in engaging, we do offer them for longer events upon request.

A: Yes, many of our babysitters have experience caring for infants and are skilled in feeding, changing, and soothing them. We provide 1 sitter for every 3 infants to ensure quality care.

Q: What happens if the assigned babysitter is unavailable?

A: In the rare case that an assigned babysitter becomes unavailable, we will promptly arrange for a qualified back-up babysitter to ensure your event proceeds smoothly.
