    We hand-select sitters who fit your event’s needs. Every SOCIALsitters 615 caregiver is background-checked, reference-checked, and CPR/First Aid certified. You’ll receive a brief sitter overview so you know who’s coming.

  • Plan the Kids’ Experience

    Together we confirm headcount, ages, allergies/sensitivities, schedule, and venue logistics. We craft an age-appropriate activity lineup (think crafts, sensory play, games, and quiet corners) and align on check-in/out and communication preferences.

  • Confirmation & Pre-Event Details

    You’ll receive a confirmation outlining staffing, arrival time, the setup footprint, and any venue requirements. We share a supplies list (what we bring vs. what the venue provides) so there are no surprises.

  • Play, Care, and Communication

    Kids enjoy a balanced schedule (free play → guided activity → snack → calm time). We proactively manage transitions and communicate promptly if a parent is needed.
